Kim Burton is the founder of Pole-licious and the inspiration behind the start of the company. From a young age Kim has been passionate about all styles of dance and is trained in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz and Acrobatics, performing both the Stage and in clubs. Kim studied fashion design and after gaining a BA Degree realised her true calling was with the world of dance.
Once becoming a fitness instructor in 2002, teaching many different styles of classes including Aerobics, Step, Pilates, Aqua, Boxing, Hip Hop, Ballet, Spinning and much more. Kim realised she wanted to be able to bring together her training of dance, Acrobatics, and Gymnastics through into the fitness industry for the general public. After learning the basic pole moves Kim continued training and learning pole skills.
From this she became aware of the need for pole fitness to be available to the public as a great new and inventive way to tone up, sculpt the body and feel sexy and confident at the same time. So with all this in mind Kim brought together all her skills, with sections from the dance, acrobatic, performance and fitness and established Pole-licious Ltd in September 2006.
Kim’s aim is to provide new and improved knowledge with regards to pole fitness and to try and re educate as to the great benefit to such a workout.

Pole-licious run 6 week courses in Fitness Pole and Fitness Chair dancing, Da Funk street dance and Dance Ministry Club dancing.
Course ‘s are run from complete beginners to advanced as the syllabus is written to gently introduce you to the art of Pole / Chair fitness.
Each lessons lasts one hour with a fitness class format, including a 10 minute warm up and stretch, a 40 minute Pole or Chair fitness workout and a 10 minute cool down stretch at the end of the class.
We also do courses based around a specifi genre

Private lessons from one to one, you and a friend, or you and your girlfriends
Pole parties of any size for any occasion. Corporate events, functions and Pole-licious visiting your area / event.
